Ashley remodeling is currently investing in the Grayson County, Texas area with a primary focus in the towns of Denison, Sherman and Howe.

Our goal is to purchase quality preowned residential properties at a fair purchase price. Invest in remodeling and renovating all properties to meet current building codes. Create clean and comfortable homes for our renters to enjoy.

 

All properties will be rented at fair market rental prices compared to current rental comps in the local area.
